Sales Development Manager

In this role at TN Sweden, you will drive the growth and development of our existing customer base in the Nordic region. You will leverage our sales channels to establish strong relationships with current and prospective customers, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand our market presence in the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at current and prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess market needs.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and changes, ensuring that our products meet evolving customer demands.
- Prepare and present executive summary reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of technical sales and customer management experience.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a global network of professionals.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with a strong desire to achieve goals.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across functions.
