Fleet Sales Manager sought by TN Sweden to lead the development of local fleet business and gather market data. Working closely with the country manager and local fleet manager to identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
About the Position:Main responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Meeting sales targets for region & local teams, monitoring & reporting sales targets and action plans per country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and managing local Key Account members in the designated region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 8 years of experience in fleet business of the automotive industry.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
