  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Set and meet personal sales targets with regular guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Finnish and excellent English language skills.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Higher education in a related field is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills and a talent for building professional relationships.
  • Confident working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
