Business Development Representative Stockholm

The primary objective of this role at Hailey HR revolves around driving B2B sales, encompassing every stage from initial prospecting to successfully closing deals.
This involves efficiently processing new clients, scheduling client meetings, and effectively presenting Hailey's system in demos. You will have the opportunity to foster strong relationships with customers across diverse industries and sizes, working closely with HR managers, CEOs, and management teams to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for your own professional development, collaborating with your manager to establish clear goals and objectives while receiving their support throughout your journey to becoming a successful Account Executive.

Key Requirements:- Fluent in Swedish (professional level) and excellent English skills (speech and writing).

- Experience in HR/recruitment, leadership, or service can be advantageous.
- Post-secondary education is a plus.
- Driven, passionate, dedicated, and motivated by achieving goals.
- Thriving in building relationships with customers through curiosity and effective communication.
- Interested in learning everything about HR-tech.
Scope: 100%
Start date flexible based on individual readiness.
Compensation package includes base salary and commission.
