About the RoleYou will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the Norwegian market.
As a Sales & Business Developer, you will drive our business growth by engaging with CEOs/CFOs, working on various projects to support our launch and expansion in Norway.
The role offers a supportive environment where we prioritize your success.
Your Key Responsibilities- Drive the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and relationship development.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings in the Norwegian market.
- Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level executives and conduct a structured, consultative sales process.
- Represent Luminar Ventures AB in the Norwegian market and promote our brand.

- Proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the Norwegian market.
- Strong customer focus and successful negotiation skills.

- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
