We prioritize sustainability and work with products that contribute to a sustainable future. As a Product Compliance Specialist, you will ensure our products meet regulatory and safety standards.

This position is part of the Compliance function in the Business Unit High-Speed Separators, supporting the entire business lifecycle from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on regulations, directives, and standards related to our products.
  • Identify potential compliance issues through risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical compliance expertise and guidance in product development projects.
  • Create and maintain internal compliance processes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to integrate compliance into the product development process.
  • Represent Alfa Laval BU HSS in external industry groups and technical committees.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Engineering background (B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with relevant specialization).
  • Experience in product safety and/or compliance-related activities.
  • Knowledge within product regulations, CE marking, and 3rd-party approvals.
  • Experience from international and/or national standardization.
  • Risk assessment experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
