Cloud Sales Representative Job Opportunity

Extreme Networks is a pioneer in cloud-driven networking solutions, serving a vast global customer base.

This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within designated markets and verticals, driving growth through strategic customer development and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business ventures and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to transform new leads into concrete sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects, expanding existing relationships.
  • Build a personalized portfolio of customers by engaging directly with end-users.
  • Implement targeted communication and sales initiatives to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Effectively disseminate product/service updates and operational changes to valued clients.
  • Consistently interact with existing customers to strengthen account relationships.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, facilitating connections with clients and partners.
Additional Duties:
  • Manage daily interactions with clients to ensure prompt issue resolution and efficient communication.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including updated customer information and call logs.
  • Streamline sales processes from quotation to booking, guaranteeing seamless transitions and clear communication with clients.
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure timely closures and meet client expectations.
  • Liaise between sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth quotation and service delivery processes.
  • Regularly report activities to the country manager, aligning with corporate objectives.
  • Develop strong proficiency in the Swedish language to effectively engage with local clientele.
