HR-tech Sales Professional Wanted for German Market
We are seeking a skilled HR-tech sales professional to join our team in Stockholm and help expand the German market with innovative HR-tech solutions.
About the Role:You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the German market. This includes establishing relationships with key decision-makers, promoting our client's HR-tech solutions, and taking ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Expansion: Help drive growth in the German market for our client's HR-tech solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the German market.
- Sales Relationship Building: Establish relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Sales Journey Ownership: Take ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
- Personal Performance: Set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support.
We're looking for:
- A native German speaker with excellent English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
- Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
