About this role:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
  • Growth mindset: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
Your strengths:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in German and English.
