Executive Director Nordics Expansion

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Leader Nordics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business expansion in the Nordics, driving growth, and developing strategies to steer our company towards profitable expansion in the region. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure success in this role.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, managing teams, optimizing processes, overseeing profit and loss statements, and collaborating with the international leadership team. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and foster a highly motivated team player attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; Danish and Finnish skills are a plus.
