Hailey HR is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations of Hailey's system.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
- Fluent in Swedish (professional level) and excellent English skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
