TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Manager for European Markets to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying strategic projects in the European mega-project market.

About the Position:

This pivotal position will increase profitability and growth of our Measurement Solutions in the European mega-project market by securing strategic project sales pursuits in key industry segments like Chemical, Refining, Hydrogen, Metal, Mining, and other emerging Sustainability areas.

As a leader, you will drive team collaboration, deliver value to critical customers at all levels, and ensure our competitive edge. You will also coach and develop the European project sales teams to ensure ownership, upskilling, and accurate pursuit leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify strategic projects in the European mega-project market;
  • Develop sales strategies to secure premium wins and drive the sales strategy forward;
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the pursuit sales process over multiple years;
  • Establish connections with key customers, FEED/EPC contractors, and major partners;
  • Position Measurement Solutions' differentiated value propositions tailored to the customer's needs and negotiate effectively;
  • Work with executive management to leverage opportunities and improve competitive advantages;
  • Mentor and develop the project sales teams, providing upskilling and ensuring effective pursuit leadership and pricing guidance;
  • Develop and share industry-specific value messages and guide the sales team on a consultative sales approach.
