We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Developer to join our fast-growing SaaS company in Stockholm. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving upselling by building strong relationships with clients.

Your Role and Offer

As a New Business Developer, you will represent our innovative digital service that simplifies the management of wellness benefits and other health perks for companies and organizations. You will focus on acquiring new customers, increasing sales, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the entire sales process with new clients, which includes:
  2. Taking full ownership of acquiring new customers for the company, including prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting needs analysis, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and implementing our service with the client.
  3. Building trust-based, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  4. Collaborating with internal departments to support customer needs.
  5. Resolving problems and reporting issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be able to independently manage all aspects of the B2B sales process, with a strong focus on needs analysis. A passion for sales, curiosity, and a goal-oriented mindset are crucial for success.

Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is a must, as English is the corporate language. Proficiency in systems and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are essential. Experience with CRM systems such as Lime, HubSpot, or similar sales tools is a plus.
