At Funnel in Stockholm, we are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at identifying and solving process challenges and driving efficiency improvements across the organization.

  • Collaborating with Funnel's leaders to give input on strategy & tactics and lead the implementation of these
  • Acting as a central point of collaboration across Funnel's revenue teams, ensuring alignment, facilitating cross-team communication and encouraging shared goals
  • Designing and building efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth and effectiveness of our revenue teams

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive revenue growth
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process changes
  3. Developing automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
  4. Ensuring system and data integrity through collaboration with Revenue Operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in operations, preferably in sales, business development, customer success or marketing operations.

Alternatively, you could also have a background in sales or marketing where you have extensive relevant experience with CRM management, process design, and/or automation.

Experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce is required.

Fluency in verbal and written English is mandatory (Swedish is not required).
