As a Revenue Growth Specialist at Optio, you will drive revenue growth and become a trusted partner to our customers.
About the OpportunityYou will play a crucial part in our commercial team and future plans. Reporting directly to the Head of Nordics, you will be based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
You will leverage your consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to customers. You'll help them embed and deploy equity incentives while uncovering Optio's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Win new business and drive revenue for Optio by finding the right people at prospective customers, educating them about equity incentives, and helping them succeed with Optio.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
- Spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases.
- Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs.
We believe you have an instinctive commercial understanding and an analytical approach to everything you do. You enjoy working in an international environment and are comfortable having a consultative dialogue with C-level executives.
We also envision that you are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and can easily collaborate with others across departments, personalities, and countries.
Requirements- 2-4 years of experience prospecting and closing leads, driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Familiarity working within complex sales cycles, selling to technical stakeholders, and securing strategic deals.
- Success as a strategic business advisor, with a deep understanding of the customer's compensation philosophy, and creating innovative solutions that align with their vision.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota by effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities in a fast-paced work environment.
