Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing best practices for revenue operations, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, customer success, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement across the revenue lifecycle and implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and KPIs to optimize revenue operations, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
