Revenue Operations Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing best practices for revenue operations, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, customer success, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and KPIs to optimize revenue operations, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Technology Management: Oversee the integration and management of tools such as CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics software to ensure smooth data flow and cross-functional insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and strategies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, tracking key metrics like sales cycles, win rates, and customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
