Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization and Automation Manager to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects aimed at identifying and solving process challenges and driving efficiency improvements across Funnel.

This role involves a varied work environment, working across multiple business areas to make improvements, solve problems, and identify opportunities for the company. You will collaborate with revenue teams across international offices to help meet Funnel's growth goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and building efficient and robust CRM processes to support the growth and effectiveness of our revenue teams.

  • Developing automations to help revenue teams become more efficient and reduce manual work.

  • Collaborating within Revenue Operations to build more robust process and automation solutions and ensure system and data integrity.

  • Collaborating with our Revenue Enablement team to ensure process adoption.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic team player with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills. A solution-oriented and proactive mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in operations, preferably in sales, business development, customer success, or marketing operations.

  • Alternatively, a background in sales or marketing with extensive relevant experience in CRM management, process design, and/or automation.

  • Experience in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Fluency in verbal and written English (Swedish is not required).
