Sales Optimization Specialist
TN Sweden is seeking a Sales Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing revenue operations, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy through data-driven decision making and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and KPIs to optimize revenue operations, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement across the revenue lifecycle and implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
