About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Sales Optimization Manager to drive business growth across our D2C channels. As a Digital Sales Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and scaling conversion drivers to steer business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and scaling conversion drivers to drive business growth across D2C channels
  • Identifying conversion blockers and prioritizing areas of improvement through the complete shopping funnel
  • Making data-driven decisions to optimize the conversion funnel using historical data and predictive analytics
  • Driving a rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven conversion strategies
  • Contributing to the D2C Personalization strategy from an analytical point of view
  • Supporting adequate reporting on key metrics and aspects of the E-commerce channel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or similar
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Previous experience driving conversion optimization and e-commerce sales
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in web analytics tools like GA and ContentSquare
  • Fluent in English (additional languages considered a merit)
