Sales Engineer for Business Growth

Dewesoft is a leading provider of test and measurement technology in various industries.
Our solutions are versatile, easy to use, and offer data acquisition capabilities that cater to diverse testing needs.
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Engineer who can manage, develop, and technically support our customers in the Swedish market.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the Swedish market and working closely with existing and new customers, primarily test engineers in research and development departments.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers and provide pre- and post-sales support. You will work closely with Dewesoft's teams in Norway and Slovenia as well as colleagues from other countries.
To succeed in this position, you should be a technical self-motivated individual who enjoys taking the lead in finding new customers and markets, as well as maintaining relationships with the present customer base.
The position offers a permanent full-time employment with flexible stationing locations around Stockholm. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow business and expand the Swedish market sales and customer base
- Hold product presentations, host/attend web-based seminars, and trade shows
- Self-sufficiently identify and develop customer base and project opportunities
- Register and follow-up sales leads, projects, and customer visits
- Prepare quotations and work with CRM
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong customer, sales, and service orientation
- A proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth
- Relevant industry experience
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
- Positive attitude with a 'yes, we can' attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits approximately 40-50% of the time
