Sales Growth Position:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and establish ourselves as a leader in the Sensing Solutions market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales and OEM manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Grow sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with other Danfoss sales teams
  3. Work closely with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products
  4. Drive both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment
  5. Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products

Required Skills:

  • Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
  • Creative thinker and action oriented
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
  • Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills
  • Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred
