Sales Growth Specialist Sensing Solutions

Sales Growth Position:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and establish ourselves as a leader in the Sensing Solutions market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales and OEM manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with other Danfoss sales teams
- Work closely with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products
- Drive both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products
Required Skills:
- Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
- Creative thinker and action oriented
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
- Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills
- Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred
