About the Role
The Account Executive at TN Sweden plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new clients within the region. This position focuses on harnessing top-tier products and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve market expansion and increased market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned client portfolios, targeting untapped markets for strategic growth.
- Establish and strengthen connections across various levels of organizations, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Value Engineering and Business Development Representatives, to deliver comprehensive presentations and demonstrations showcasing the value of our Process Intelligence platform.
- Guide the sales journey through prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and ultimately closing deals, adhering to a structured approach.
- Forge strong partnerships with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 companies to expand our market presence and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Work closely with virtual teams to ensure seamless collaboration and success, leveraging each member's expertise to drive results.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek individuals who have demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new ones. The ideal candidate should possess a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and have experience selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
Apart from relevant experience, we expect the successful candidate to have effective communication skills, proficiency in English, and fluency in Swedish is a plus. We are looking for individuals who can think strategically, work collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
