About the Role:

We are looking for a Partner Growth Specialist who can develop and expand our partner sales channel in Sweden. As a key member of our Nordic Partner Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth, working closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have proven strategic sales knowledge, master in relationship building, and a hunger to win. You will be responsible for driving and developing our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth, and developing and executing strategic plans to grow the partner portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the partner portfolio
  • Drive and develop our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth
  • Strategic partner planning including attractive marketing offerings and activities together with our partners
  • Hunt for new partners – present our partner offering, sign up new partners and get them up and running
