We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume an interim Talent Acquisition Partner role at Sellpy. As our Talent Acquisition Partner (Interim), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by identifying and acquiring top talent who align with our vision for a sustainable world.

Talent Acquisition Partner, Interim at SellpyAs our Talent Acquisition Partner (Interim), you will have a critical role in ensuring we attract the right talent to join our journey in sustainable e-commerce. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to recruit new colleagues to their teams and lead the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and coordinator for our hiring managers, with a track record of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
To excel in this role, you must be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, efficient time management, and a structured approach to work.
You will report to our Chief People Officer and be part of the HR & People Operations team.
In summary, your key responsibilities will include:- Leading the Talent Acquisition process from start to finish, including candidate selection, publishing job ads, candidate outreach, and conducting interviews.
- Supporting hiring across various business functions, covering roles from junior to senior levels.
- Partnering with hiring managers as an advisor, providing insights into the talent landscape and supporting them in finding the right additions to their teams.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience, including timely feedback and maintaining high levels of engagement.
- Monitoring and reporting monthly progress on talent acquisition metrics.
- TeamTailor as our recruitment system.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Suite for sourcing, when needed.
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of handling various roles simultaneously.
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or a shorter related education combined with relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken), as both languages will be used in daily work.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, product-focused startup environment with a fast recruitment pace.
