Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Recruiter to join our People Team. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in the Swedish talent market and experience managing pipelines across diverse hiring levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using innovative methods.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and leverage insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven expertise in the Swedish talent market.
  • Experience managing pipelines across diverse hiring levels.
  • Strong ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to have candid conversations with business leaders.
  • Native or business-level fluency in both Swedish and English
