German-speaking Sales Professional Wanted for Stockholm

We are seeking a talented German-speaking sales professional to join our team in Stockholm and help expand the German market with innovative HR-tech solutions.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for new clients within Germany, including identifying new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and showcasing the value of our client's HR system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the German market and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Sales Outreach: Connect with HR managers, CEOs, and other relevant stakeholders to promote our client's HR-tech solutions.
  4. Sales Demonstrations: Showcase the value of our client's HR system through engaging product demonstrations.
  5. Personal Growth: Set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support.
About You:

We're looking for:

  1. A native German speaker with excellent English (both written and spoken).
  2. Experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is beneficial.
  3. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
  5. Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn the HR-tech platform.
