About the Opportunity:This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic growth story, contributing to the success of our innovative SaaS HR-tech startup. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the German market, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry expertise to drive sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify new business opportunities in the German market, establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by delivering high-quality sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our HR system to clients and driving revenue growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and drive long-term growth.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform our sales strategy and drive business success.
- Linguistic Skills: Native proficiency in German and Swedish, with excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Educational Background: Post-secondary education in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a comfort level working with systems and learning new technologies.
