Expansion and Partnerships Coordinator

The Franchise Team at TN Sweden is seeking an experienced coordinator to support our expansion initiatives. As an Expansion and Partnerships Coordinator, you will work closely with our international network to drive business growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with existing franchise partners to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored roadmaps for success.
  2. Assist in analyzing market trends and franchise performance to inform data-driven strategies and support the team in execution.
  3. Provide guidance to partners on optimizing business operations and improving profitability.
  4. Collaborate with the Expansion/Retail Team to support signings and project approvals.
  5. Contribute to the development of growth playbooks, goals, and budgets per partner.
  6. Evaluate business cases to ensure they are well-researched and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Project Management
  1. Assist in the onboarding process for new partners into the group.
  2. Manage project timelines and key deliverables for new partners, ensuring timely delivery across teams and functions within Franchise.
  3. Help resolve problems and challenges faced by new partners during their integration into the group.
  4. Establish clear working procedures with partners, including shared resources, templates, and documentation.
  5. Support the Head of New Markets and Head of Franchise in analyzing and reviewing new partner or market opportunities.
  6. This may involve business case analysis, market due diligence, partner due diligence, competitor mapping, and other tasks.
  7. Contribute to the integration of new partners into the business.
