No Isolation is a pioneering company in the EdTech sector, providing innovative solutions to the growing issue of persistent absence. We are seeking an experienced Account Expansion Lead to drive our growth in Sweden and build strong partnerships with schools, municipalities, and decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals and building trust with stakeholders. They will be responsible for driving No Isolation's market presence, generating leads and closing deals, taking a consultative approach, managing accounts, and driving awareness and thought leadership.

This is a high-ownership role in a company that is scaling fast. Your success will be critical to our growth in Sweden – and globally. You will have autonomy and ownership over your sales process and strategy, with full support from the internal teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven sales experience in EdTech or selling to the public sector
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive on ownership and results
  • A consultative sales approach and ability to understand customer needs
  • Native or fluent in Swedish, with strong professional proficiency in English
