About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team in the Nordics. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach high-performing sales teams.
