
Senior Commercial Manager

Talga is seeking an experienced Group Commercial Manager to oversee its commercial strategy across various business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and ensure financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the Group strategy for business growth
- Developing and owning long-term financial planning and analysis in support of approved Group strategy
- Financial modeling to assess the viability of projects and opportunities
- Analyzing business performance, including profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of commercial management experience, ideally within a multi-business or group environment. A strong financial background, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, is essential. Demonstrated experience in managing high-value contracts, negotiations, and leading teams is also required.
