
Commercial Relationship Manager

Voyado Sweden is a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization that values innovation and collaboration. We are seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our Account Management team.
Your main responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers and drive their long-term growth with Voyado. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies that drive customer growth and long-term success with Voyado.
- Uncover expansion opportunities, whether upselling, cross-selling, or deepening platform adoption - to maximize customer value.
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs and acting as their strategic advisor.
- Collaborate closely with CSM, Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
We're looking for a business-minded and customer-centric professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented, and commercial environment. You love building relationships, translating customer needs into business value, and have a strong interest in tech, retail, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in a commercial role, such as B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
- Background in SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, retail, or digital marketing.
- A tech-savvy mindset and ability to discuss cloud-based applications, Martech, or analytics.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
