
Commercial Development Manager

We're innovating at the intersection of diagnostics, technology, and societal impact. Our goal is to create technologies that combine software, robotics, data science, medical consultations, and lab testing to meet user needs.
We were founded as an impact project and have grown into the largest pandemic lab in Sweden, conducting 30% of total testing. We're now deploying that infrastructure to unify the fragmented value chain for substance abuse testing across the EU.
Job Overview:
This role involves driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships as an Account Executive. You'll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the Commercial Team to improve the sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies with SDR support for lead generation
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction
- Drive sales and manage your sales pipeline from qualification to closing, focusing on high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success selling to HR buyers or within the HR tech space
- Experience managing a full sales cycle for large/enterprise customers
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies
