About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a growing international company. As the Commercial Director – Sweden, you will be responsible for leading the Swedish sales team, strengthening strategic partnerships, and positioning HL Display as the leading provider of in-store communication and merchandising solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop and implement a strategic plan for Sweden's commercial operations and sales processes.
  2. Commercial Targets: Deliver key financial targets, including net sales, operating profit, DSI, and DSO, as set by the Area Director and Group Commercial Director.
  3. Leadership & Culture: Provide strong and inspirational leadership, fostering a high-performance sales team through coaching, development, and continuous improvement.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders in the retail industry.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions to ensure seamless operations and support.
