Job Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager at TN Sweden will focus on building and maintaining commercial relationships with key customers to drive business growth and profitability. This role requires a commercially savvy individual who can build strong business relationships while developing and implementing new, sustainable business solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver net sales/margin targets and market share growth.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PLANNING AND STRATEGIC THINKING.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimize business performance for both parties.
- Owning the input and delivery of accurate Customer forecasts and business plans.
- Identify and develop business solutions that drive the customer's business forward through collaboration with marketing and the field team.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support key business objectives.
