We are seeking 4 experienced professionals to join our team as Commercial Advisors/Commercial Specialists/Program Managers.
Job Summary:
A Commercial Advisor will be responsible for providing commercial expertise to deliver expected business value throughout the product life cycle. They will work closely with product leaders to define and secure business cases, negotiate with external partners, and identify ways to optimize ongoing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a non-hierarchical approach, and a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and trust.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to meet business objectives
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects
- Collaborate with product leaders to develop and implement business cases
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure advantageous terms
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in IT consulting
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning
- Knowledge of commercial models and deal structures
