This role offers a unique opportunity to join Mollie's pioneering team in Sweden as one of our first local employees. You will be part of shaping our presence in the market, working in a dynamic environment, and contributing to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will closely collaborate with other teams in Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Product to drive success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in establishing Mollie's presence in Sweden by driving commercial activities.

  • Promote commercial growth in Sweden through effective inbound and outbound efforts.

  • Act as the voice of the Swedish market and prospective customers to internal teams, including field marketing and product, to develop a winning strategy for Sweden.

  • Engage proactively with new customers and partners (agencies, SaaS partners) to gather insights and feedback on the local Mollie experience and product.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding and integration of new customers, ensuring seamless go-live outcomes.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Native Swedish fluency and English proficiency; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is beneficial.

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology sales; additional experience in strategic or operational roles and/or SaaS/payments is advantageous.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking initiative to achieve goals promptly.

  • An outbound mindset with demonstrated experience in outbound skills.

  • A structured approach to work and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • A team player who energizes colleagues with a healthy level of intensity and entrepreneurial spirit.
