Strategic Account Management
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial team at Kaisa Technologies AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving business growth through customer success.

Responsibilities
This includes:
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Identifying and mitigating customer health risks to prevent revenue churn.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or a related field, with a proven track record of customer relationship management.
  • Very experienced working with large businesses and brands with complex organisations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to use information available to influence decision makers.
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Ability to deliver product training and/or product demonstrations.
  • Very strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills.
