Account Acquisition Representative

The goal of this role is to increase selection and offerings on the Wolt platform by building relationships with existing and new customers across key segments.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Development: Identify, acquire, and build relationships with new business opportunities within the core segments.
  2. Cross-Segment Sales: Sell Wolt's services to customers across multiple segments, including Restaurants, small shops, and retail stores.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and expansion.
  4. Partnership Success: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure that partners are receiving the support they need to achieve success through their partnership with Wolt.
  5. Sales Insights: Analyze sales metrics to gain insights into performance and identify areas for improvement to drive continued growth.
