What You'll Do
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll:
- Onboard and support customers, ensuring they get the most value out of AboardHR.
- Identify problems and opportunities, providing valuable insights that inform our product development.
- Drive renewals and prevent churn by ensuring customers see ongoing value.
- Explore expansion opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their needs and goals.
- Build long-term relationships, becoming the go-to person for our customers.
- Gather feedback and help shape the product, ensuring our customers' needs define what we build.
- Own the process, creating and refining procedures as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for solving problems and figuring things out.
- The ability to lead customer meetings and drive conversations with confidence.
- A proactive approach, taking ownership of challenges and finding solutions.
- Experience in SaaS and/or HR tech (or a willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and drive change.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (extra languages are a plus).
- The ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, with minimal micromanagement.
