Commercial Development Lead

Unlock Customer Value through Data-Driven Insights
As a Commercial Development Lead at Funnel, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by uncovering new business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize the value of existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.
Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to prioritize sales performance and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute account plans for key customers, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, expanding opportunities within the customer base.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the value proposition offered to customers.
Key Qualifications:
Fluency in German and English required.
At least 6 years of experience in Account Executive and/or Account Management roles, preferably in the MarTech industry.
A proven track record of meeting revenue quotas and delivering results-driven sales strategies.
Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles.
Experience with procurement and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
