As a Commercial Development Lead at Funnel, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by uncovering new business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize the value of existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to prioritize sales performance and exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, expanding opportunities within the customer base.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the value proposition offered to customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English required.

  • At least 6 years of experience in Account Executive and/or Account Management roles, preferably in the MarTech industry.

  • A proven track record of meeting revenue quotas and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles.

  • Experience with procurement and contract negotiation.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual).

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
