We are seeking a seasoned Tender & Commercial Manager to join our team in the Nordics and Baltics region. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Develop and execute comprehensive tender management strategies to ensure successful bid submissions and maximum ROI.
  • Commercial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute short- and long-term commercial plans aligned with the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform commercial decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Project Leadership: Lead diverse commercial and tender management projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A university business degree, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roles within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in Swedish and excellent skills in English.
