About the Job
Tacton Systems AB is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive significant software deals.
As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our customers, engaging with multiple executive stakeholders across business and IT functions. You will lead the discovery process, strategy, and value mapping to analyze the customer's business needs and position the best solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build qualified sales pipelines through identifying and cultivating prospective clients.
- Drive value-based sales by focusing on winning new, strategic key accounts.
- Execute sales strategy by aligning your efforts with key metrics in the EMEA Sales strategy.
- Salesforce management involves keeping Salesforce updated and managing forecasts effectively.
- Implement sales metrics by developing and implementing systems to measure sales performance.
- Achieve sales objectives by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts by leading negotiations for commercial and legal contracts.
- Lead discovery process by driving the discovery process to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
- Create customer presentations by developing and presenting tailored solutions.
