Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer relationships across all solution segments, developing over account strategy, and delivering business cases to support customers' long-term strategies and use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer relationships across all solution segments
- Develop over account strategy, partnering internally and externally to define technical vision and roadmap
- Deliver business cases to support customers' long-term strategies and use cases
- Ensure account health, identify renewal risks, and address expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Able to position and communicate the value of our products across solution segments
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must
