Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer relationships across all solution segments, developing over account strategy, and delivering business cases to support customers' long-term strategies and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer relationships across all solution segments
  • Develop over account strategy, partnering internally and externally to define technical vision and roadmap
  • Deliver business cases to support customers' long-term strategies and use cases
  • Ensure account health, identify renewal risks, and address expansion opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to position and communicate the value of our products across solution segments
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must
