The Position

We are searching for a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Executive to drive growth and close high-value deals. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence across the Nordics and offers significant influence in shaping the regional sales strategy.

Location: Ideally based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Northern European Head of Sales.

This position requires an experienced sales professional who thrives in complex, long-cycle sales processes and excels at negotiating with C-level executives, product owners, and business leaders. You will have the unique opportunity to influence and develop the market while working collaboratively within a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new named accounts and expand existing business relationships.
  2. Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to build trust and drive high-value negotiations.
  3. Navigate long sales cycles (3-12 months) with a solution-oriented sales approach, ensuring a focus on value-driven discussions.
  4. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including presales, business development, and technical teams, to structure compelling solutions.
  5. Lead complex sales processes, including contract negotiations and procurement discussions.
  6. Establish SEEBURGER as a trusted partner by understanding customer pain points and aligning our integration solutions to their strategic needs.
  7. Communicate the value of SEEBURGER's B2B/EDI, API integration, MFT, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring clients understand how these technologies address their business challenges.
  8. Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and lead generation.
Your Profile
  1. Several years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within software, cloud solutions, or business integration services.
  2. Proven track record in closing large, complex enterprise deals and working with C-level stakeholders.
  3. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to drive deals through extended sales cycles.
  4. Ability to balance a hunter mentality with the patience required for strategic, long-term sales.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and shaping a growing team, market and organisation.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
  8. Understanding of business integration technologies such as B2B/EDI, API management, cloud integration, and managed file transfer (MFT) is a plus.
  9. Experience selling to industries such as Automotive, retail, logistics, finance, and manufacturing is a plus.
