Role Summary:
Reporting to the EMEA Chief Commercial Officer and aligned to Cognizant's Products & Resources (MLEU + RCGTH) Business Unit, Cognizant is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their new business sales team. As a new business Account Executive, you are an enterprise sales professional experienced in selling to and opening new logo accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Selling the full suite of Cognizant's services and solutions, including market-leading capabilities in Digital, Data, AI, and Cloud.
- Pursuing 10-15 targeted accounts, typically oriented geographically but may include marquee accounts outside of Sweden.
- Working with a Client Partner and team that will support all sales pursuits.
- Collaborating with an offshore team to provide targeted marketing into designated accounts.
Your Background:
- Demonstrable track record in new business/net new logo sales for a large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global Systems Integrator.
- Experience of working alongside and building relationships within major Manufacturing, Logistics, E&U + Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel & Hospitality organizations.
- Experience of working for a Global Services Firm with onshore, nearshore, and offshore capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience selling similar Services including Digital, Data, Cloud, Consulting, and application modernization.
- Demonstrable success selling multi-million, multi-year deals.
- Demonstrable consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.
