
Enterprise Sales Manager

This is a highly demanding role that requires exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in sales. As an Enterprise Sales Manager for Philips, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple zones, including Nordics, Benelux, and CEE.
You will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for customers and deliver on growth targets. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing tailored customer offerings, and effectively articulating the value of our technical software and medical products.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives, delivering commercial targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include managing Enterprise Informatics Sales across multiple zones, leading and managing a team of front-line sellers, monitoring sales team individual performance, and driving regional sales strategy by understanding and executing Business Unit plans.
