We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our commercial function in Stockholm. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence across multiple markets. If you have a proven track record of success in selling to regulated businesses and have a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge fintech startup and make a meaningful contribution to our growth strategy. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple markets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in operations, compliance, legal, and C-suite roles.
- Driving business growth through successful deal closures and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in selling, establishing new customer relationships, and securing annual and multi-year agreements with B2B customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex customer opportunities from initial contact to established long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer and team stakeholders across departments, including senior executives and C-suite members.
- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and products, with the technical knowledge to advise on product adoption.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with expertise in identifying the most effective communication channels to accelerate deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
