We are seeking an ambitious Account Acquisition Manager to join our Nordic Sales team at Ingrid AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Nordics.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing outreach strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with experienced Account Executives and Key Account Managers who bring exceptional expertise in sales, products, and industry insights.

This is a unique chance to help shape the BDR function in the Nordics and contribute directly to our growth and success. As an Account Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to represent the company at industry events and fairs, working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team and our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking to generate a robust pipeline of leads in the Nordics

  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, identify potential clients, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly

  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage and qualify leads, leveraging Ingrid's value proposition to address specific client needs

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and share insights from market feedback

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, activities, and communications with potential clients in our CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and follow-up

  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company

  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and pipeline status, and suggest improvements based on market insights
